The light bodies chooses and in homes in a physical body of matter . It has no trains what so ever . The light body is all knowing and it had traveled all space and time . Uses one body and then once done it travels into the next . As I continues to carry on in all memory from previous incarnations.

It is the vessel that you house in that is relearning once again as it is new yet it carriers the cellular memory of its physical ancestor in matter and memory .

Then the soul that chooses to incarnate in this body .

You have all these components coming together and uniting as well at the cellular memory of the millions of cells that are living organisms in this body you are thriving , loving , experiencing , learning on all levels .
