Nurturing The Rite
Once you have received the Rite of the Womb you nurture its power with the following practices.
1.- If you still have your menses then on your next cycle you find an intimate space and time to give some of your menstrual blood to the Earth. You can bleed directly on the Earth or you can collect some of your blood on a small container and pour it on the Earth while repeating the following words:
I release my fear so I may embrace freedom�?�I release my pain so I may embrace joy�?�I release my anger so I may embrace compassion�?�I release my sadness so I may embrace peace
And you can add any other words that ring true for you.
2.- If you are in your years of plenitude �??after menopause- then you�??ll do a ritual on the next dark moon. You create an intimate space to offer red wine to the earth while repeating the words:
I release my fear so I may embrace freedom�?�I release my pain so I may embrace joy�?�I release my anger so I may embrace compassion�?�I release my sadness so I may embrace peace
And you can add any other words that ring true for you.
You do this at least once and up to thirteen moons to fully empower your womb.
3.- If a girl before menarche �??first menstrual blood- receives the rite and she wants to do a ritual, then she offers flowers to the full moon. This is because her womb is still blossoming and has not yet release her first flower. She can also repeat the words:
I release my fear so I may embrace freedom�?�I release my pain so I may embrace joy
She is guided to say only the first two sentences so she does not become overwhelmed and then she is guided to say anything else that rings true for her.
4.- Share the rite of the womb with the women of your community. Every time you transmit the rite you strengthen its power in your womb.
Sacred Space
It is very important to create an inviting atmosphere for the lineage to come through when you share the rite. If the space feels inviting to you and the women that will receive the rite, then the place will feel inviting for the lineage.
INDOORS
If the ceremony will happen indoors then you need to build an altar. It does not need to be big or complicated, but it needs to provoke sacredness and beauty.
On a flat surface, like a table or bench, set a nice cloth and in the middle put a bowl with water. This is the most essential element of the altar because the water will absorb the prayers and then you�??ll offer it to the Earth for her healing.
Then you can add thirteen candles around the water to honor the thirteen moons of the year and also to activate the altar with the flames. Finally you can enhance the space and the ceremony by having flowers or flower petals in the altar (specially lavender and roses).
After this guidelines use your intuition and check directly with the lineage about adding anything else. Ask a question and tune for an answer remembering that you are also the lineage.
OUTDOORS
If you have access to a place in nature that feels good and inviting then you may perform the ceremony there. It isespecially ideal if you have a lake as it resembles the womb of the Earth and we want to share this healing with the Her. But, it can also be under a tree, in a forest, by a big rock, by a river, a mountain, or any place that helps you feel the sacredness of life.
OFFERING
Either indoors or outdoors, it is important to share the healing with Mother Earth. Every woman that receives the rite can offer a healing prayer for Her.
If you are indoors, you can use the flower petals to blow your prayers into and then put the petals in the bowl of water. At the end of the ceremony you release that water directly on the Earth or a river or a lake.
If you are outdoors, you can also blow your prayers on rose petals and give them directly to Mother Earth. If you feel that there is something more appropriate to blow your prayers into then go with your intuition.

The keys of destiny

When a person overcomes a loss at any level of reality, it can create a cycle. Many of you keep going round and round, coming back to the same spot like a scratched vinyl record.
I have created a process that I call �??The Keys of Destiny�?? which will help you to release old cellular memories that are holding you back from experiencing yourself at the highest vibrational levels possible.
I have been practicing for over 25 years and achieved approximately 50 certifications in healing modalities for my personal growth as a survivor. Being born with extra sensory perception, I chose to use this as inspiration as the heart heals all wounds no matter what you have went through in your life. As a natural healer and animal communicator I grew to learn that I was different and I began to use those tools that helped me from Reiki, Buddhism, Hypnotherapy and being a caretaker of ancient crystal skulls.
In my search to remember who I am and where I originated, my beginning, I was able to collect and bring forth gifts as it is part of my soul�??s destiny to share this spark of light with you. By going deep into my beginnings and channeling my Higher Self, I brought forth a process/system that was so easy to share and teach others, that no one has brought forth before. It�??s available to you now, in love and light.
I tapped into my Gatekeeper and rediscovered a lost forgotten technique in which you reconnect to the vortex of creation. With this knowledge, I created a process that helps you to stop recreating old cellular memory (being played over and over like a scratched vinyl record). In the process you are able to release yourself on all levels (past, present, possible future) into a 5th dimensional consciousness of expansion where you access and release the cellular memory that is holding on to blocked emotions.
When you experience this awakening that releases all old cellular memories (that keep you repeating certain life patterns) it essentially reawakens the treasure tool hidden within you.
As old cellular memories are released from you and you enter into your Higher Self vibration (where you experienced this awakening), you can feel the energy shift in yourself. You know that what has happened (the release) is real because you can actually feel the difference viscerally in your body, in your gut. From this higher vibrational place within yourself, you may continue on your soul�??s journey into enlightenment.
It�??s as simple as imagining a golden door in front of you and then going into your heart, taking the key, opening the door and walk through!
Once you have walked through and accessed multi-dimensional clearing and receiving, you are then grounded to Gia/Mother Earth's gravitation (in this frequency of your Higher Self, into your physical body) and you can work in unison with her as a whole on all levels and elementals of the vortex of creation.
For the next 21 days you will notice life changes within you, and outside of yourself, in a new way that you never knew or experienced in past, as you now have access to these keys of destiny within you through the heart. The Key's of Destiny a journey back to the Heart
In my book we use a gender neutral pronouns .
He/She/They = Ani ( pronounced "Anne")
Him /Her/Them =Aner
His /Her/Their = Aners
His/Hers/Theirs = Aners
Himself/ Herself/ Themselves = Anerself
Reason for gender neutral wording . In this day and age , it is apparent that gender neutral pronoun is necessary .
Lately our society has become increasingly aware of those whose gender is neither male nor female . We understand that there are more than two genders; gender is non - binary. This awareness is part of our evolutionary path , in my opinion. We are becoming two- spirited and therefore more enlightened . The infinite is neither male nor female , and we are evolving to become as such .
Mor detail is explained in my book yet I only give you seed to grow with in to discovering more with self .
The keys to your heart have been created through the the desiring of coming back
home , to source . You come from a plane of existence on a soul level of matter and
you process the essence of shamanic lower worlds from which hold many pieces for
you . Much of the physical plane is real to you , though it is actually an illusion.
When ani overcomes on any level of realty it can create a cycle . Many of you keep on going round and round ,coming back into the same like a scratched vinyl record .You are the owner and the keeper of these precious tools which can only be accessed by you in your star gate to help you with this .
For example , perhaps you sere in a bad relationship ; it was abusive in some way . It is important to take complete responsibility for this occurrence . You are in control of your life ,on every level.
Ask reflective questions of your self . Go back to the beginning of that relationship or issue you are dealing with , simulated to Ebenezer Scrooge visiting his past . Keep on going back over and over again , asking deeper questions each time .
Magnetically draw back to the issue until it is resolved . Similar to the movie "Groundhog Day", replay the past over and over until you resolve all hurts and issues or illusions.
Come back tot the heart and there you will find the key to access the next level within . Unlock this do and enter into the room , for you didn't realize that you were barred from that level until the key presented it self .
This place that you were desperately seeking , not knowing that this "new" level actually brings you closer to the beginning of all , to source . You had been trying to enter through a physical human attachment which was really not the reason you were bound . It was the emotional component that drew you to the relationship and aner. Through this magnetism , a message was passed to you .
Your experience of love in this past relationship was controlled by your attachment to your beloved on a human level . You and ani both had blocks due to loss at some point in your past , and these blocks were then "throwing a wrench into"the way you related to each other and expressed love .each of you mirrored the other in your mutual disjunction and created a magnetic pull . Calling both of you not remove the issue .
I had a relationship with a man , but his true love was for his dog . I felt this and then dog's souls passed me a message to give to his owner .
" My love for shapeshifting being that I am was lost without my pack , my family."
I , too , was lost . I was without the lower world , Source-land , that I was desperately seeking . For all of my family ,I keep replaying this concept in my relationships on a physical an spiritual level . On a soul level ,in the shamanic realms,the spiritual body is made of energy . Without proper guiding into mediation ,astral realms ,or time travel your spirit can get lost forever . That is how I felt .
When Ani is incarnated Aners soul and spirit are housed in the physical body . Within the soul , the body is a dead vessel . So the soul gives it life and spirit gives it emotions. These are the building blocks that come into this plane because the body of matter is carbon based with silica form to it .
In the shaman world Ani is able to so what Aners mind imagines. What Ani can do here Ani gain ps,full control over it!. But the on the physical plane , Ani can get lost to the emotions in the body . As it begins to forget what it is , the mind losses itself into the physical distractions and being busy . It can be difficult to,fin Aners way during this process , and the mind starts to break down .
The more we become sat ached to the physical body , the more we forget ourselves and how powerful we are . So to come back to the emotional blocks on a core level and surrender it to release the next key of destiny . It will simply be given to you and to may enter that door which you were so desperately seeking .
As you open the door and go back to the beginning , closer to, Source . You will find that this room of the real spirit of heart . It is the the pack that you have been searching for . They are all there for you with love and support. You will have finally come home to release this family that you have been protecting and helping to move guard in the physical world.
They are all here , constantly shapeshifting into the beings that they're in their various incarnations. They acknowledge you in support that a they were able to come home and that you are family .
You were diligent in asking probing questions regarding your past abusive relationships and now you are free . You answered your own prayer when you kept delving Back to they why the relationship happened to you , and did not not give up until you resolved all blocks.
Your then beloved was just a massager as you and the energy were coming from the spirit of the heart and not from physical realm . As you become attached to the emotion , you were being held back as Ani was unaware of it . Aners dissonance with the Aners true nature fo drew you into the emotional drama and Ani became more an more possessive of you . You were a object to noble conquered and owned and to be shown as a trophy . It became very physical for Aner , for Ani was unaware of what was happening on the spiritual plane .
Ani was mostly pre occupied with money and greed . As these realms of spirit and matter are opposite understand that , on this physical plane , it is impossible to bring the two together. Therefore , one who is only focused on the physical world will struggle to understand the spiritual and it will be like mixing pill and water .
On the spiritual plane , where the duality does not exist , it is easy to merge the two ideas of spirit and matter . That's were the absence of greed , for we do not ultimately require money or material gain as a spiritual beings. Know that all the attachments that the money creates , in the form of the emotion of fear , are not in this realm .we are not worried about ageing , eating , housing , and ambient temperature as spiritual beings .
In the spiritual realm, what we dream of we can do . It's the determination and focus as it is happening in the moment in time . When we are connected to the spiritual plane , money and physical possessions seem to come easily and in droves of that very reason .
We put our selves in scenarios (such as the earlier example of an abusive relationship) until we solve the puzzle of the mind and spirit , and learn to harness the power within . As an individual , it is very important for you to come back to yourself and the heart's home to rediscover the truth .
Yet once you are born into the physical realm and grow accustomed to it , your connection to the spiritual plane can become severed or distressed . You are taught the habits your parents wish to instil, and you quickly adapt to the environment of the ones that raise your. You follow their ways , have children , and participate in societies rituals, fears , angers, and so on .
Welcome to the human condition . Some of many are attached to this and are fine ( some even like it and will vehemently defend this life style ), others are on their journey to rediscover who they are and their soul's purpose as they know there is more to life .
With each person the journey is different yet the same . My path has always been governed but the spirt realm as this is my truth . That is always where I seem to gravitate . As I grew older , I acknowledge and embrace this about my self .
I had an innate sense that I was different form others . To them , My ways seems controversial because they were incongruent with the ways taught to my peers by their earthly teachers . My teachers were from the essence of knowledge and and star seeds/beings of the universal wisdom . This allowed me to see through the veils as I was born as a Caulbearer that was born to see through the veils of time and tap unto the truths.
To conform what I new , I did a lot of research and confirmed these occurrences in terms of time and people involves . I wanted people to,have physical proof of my knowledge as I am part of everything that exists . I know what it means to feel and sen e these things for real .
Mankind is not ready to hear these things in many ways ,so we have kept the truth hidden so as not to share much with the real world until the time came where ones were ready to experience these knowledge to make change . Fear of the unknowns has proven dangerous in the past , those of us " in the know " we're prudent in how much information we shared and whom to share it .
Yet when you have a positive group of people and there is a willingness to learn , anything is possible miracles happen. Being teachable allows for limitless growth and ones potential is beyond prediction .
So never give up the fight . Stop running away from the truth as it will set you free . Listen to the signs and let them lead you to the next step. Each step brings you closer until one day , you look around in surprise as you realized you have arrived .
I have traveled a lonely path and stopped at each milestone to observe and reflect . I approached my journey with a willingness to learn , which has served me well . However at one point I forgot to stop and become aware of myself and my environment regarding relationships .
I became a jailed bird isolated and doing this for others so they would experience love and knowledge , but forgetting to do for myself . I believe and I have faith ; I know the truth of self and whom I am . However , I lose my way from time to time like so many .
Understand : the more time you spend with someone , the more you become alike . You may copy each other's mannerisms and habits; you possibly will finish each other's sentences.
Another way of becoming similar is mirror each other on the opposite sides of the spectrum. A coin had "heads " side and a "tails" side , but it still is a coin. What Ani is in essence may be the opposite of somethings ethic your are in essence. Many times, people spend plenty of time together switch roles in the spectrum as situations change , yet continually mirror their partner. The yin and yang are there and continually balance to create a whole with the greatest of ease .
Once you know your path is no longer with Aner , you may begin to realize that you had taken the mannerism that was not your own . It seems as if you become another person , the person who was your beloved . Since your sweetheart was not compatible with you by having a willingness to learn and reflect , growth as a couple was no longer possible. It was a time for spectating and moving on .
In some scenarios the spiritual partner closes Aners heart and the other partner fights this back. Ani can become abusive like a animals baked into a corner; defensive actions rule the day . Instinctively the non spiritual partner will gene move father away from Aners heart- space as the fighting continues . The partner examines Aners own path may also move Thayer from Aners heart - sofa as Ani is still spend g a great deal of time with the abusive partner .
Ani takes on another karma as Ani connects with the other, especially when the relationship includes sexual intercourse . If a Ani is with a lover for mover than two days , the two people begin to meet and fuse together in spirit .
So take out all that you are , willingness to learn , and you spiritual mindset and move on from a sure relationship without looking back . Once you have come to the realization that this is real you (not the habit of your former partner) , you will knowing truly that you have moved on . No more emotions or attachments will be felt as you have evolved .
A good example is the movie "Nanny McPhee". When the children needed Nanny McPhee , they didn't want her. Yet there she was . When they wanted her and didn't need her anymore , she was gone ! This is simulator to how relationships between lovers play out on the stage of life .
The greatest and best gift I can share is my understanding of the way I see and have rediscovered the keys of destiny. I teach this now so that others may have a easier path than me. My wish for you is to have a physical mentor sharing with you so you may unlock the door, cross the threshold , and come back home .
The easiest way for me is to share my writings and so workshops based on these writings. There are no accidents ; since you are reading this now then you are already in your journey back home. Your keys are yours and yours alone. No one else is able to enter your room or take away your power ever again .
No long will others barge in and force their way into your life. Once you have entered the room and come home , you will realize that you may invite others to enter , but it is only by choosing . You have veto power to allow only the experience you choose and you may cancel all other experiences .
No matter the situations you have decided to experience , always have gratitude to open the tunnel to receive the Universe . The heart heals all wounds how little or great the pain .
The true meaning of words cannot be expressed since they are merely watered- down symbols and become obscure . The language of love is limitless, and remains eternal. When you go from your gut and follow your heart , it will affect your physical Jody . You will shift in a. Way there isn't going back .
You will only go inward and forward to a wonderful place beyond all imagination . There, your infinite potential is within you and your hearts, and you will no longer have to seek for outside sources of wisdom .
I wish you many blessings on this path and have faith . For what the mind can imagine , the kind can create . Your thoughts will spur you to do actions which make your imaginings a reality . Know I that the outcome has already happened and it's done. All you have to do is bring it to fruition.

No matter how much you are a slave or get called a slave from others, remember that you have always been in service to help others. By helping others and taking their karma , you have stepped into a deeper levels of self where you are free and home once and for all . The act of service is therefore a blessing .
All life can be very distracting when you are a giver and a helper with no expectations of getting anything in return . By having this and following your heart it will lead you deeper into your soul . More and more , you are remembering this .

Remembering who you are
Remembering who you are is the most important part of your ascension in this reality .
You have become a very good actor in this world of reality . Each role you place you project a energy that emanates from within the core being that you are . The potential of reality that you choose to experience in feelings that are new to you are endless as a Galactic human being are limitless in the potential to experience what you never realized existed. Until you release something so old and kvetched as a stinky pair of discussing sweaty socks that were on your feet and now that you have showered and cleaned your body . It's time to imagine that your emotions Harvey this staleness and required to get cleaned up and cleared up into a higher vibration of sequences of energies that you manifest and experience in discovering of limitless in potential .
As you come into this new you discover something that was hidden and now available for you to experience that is so amazing and empowering from the source of energy within which is limitless and endless in discovering .
Just imagine never knowing or experiencing what life truly is or what true love is in the feelings and sensations in your body.

So once a day do something that takes you out of your comfort zone and awaken that sleeping DNA so that you open and rejuvenate your cellular memory to that fountain of youth , abundance , feeling that inner smile that drives you to the feelings of opening new in tapped potential .

Our hearts endure so much more than one can possibly imagine or even that we share as I wake with the pain in my heart as I just finished time traveling back here and before I left there the pain I experienced was from the hole in my heart that allows me to time travel . Here we call it skip beat .
As my anemia kicks in as my blood lowers I feel the pain in my chest when me blood get low and my heart muscle struggles to catch up to the beat as it squeezes for the blood to balance out the flow and a sense of a hole feeling as it feels a empty space in between parallel dimensions within the heart chamber .
To most it's nothing as it is such a small abnormality but to me as I am sensitive it feels and takes a lot to align especially when I am tired . I feel the arrhythmia out of alignment in the physical form of the vessel . In other dimensional realms it's a hole in the heart .
I saw my self in the future leaving this realm as I was very old and I have a smile on my face as I finally come to rest of this vessel and in peace .
Something I have waited a long time to experience. My warrior will be by my side as he will always be my �?��?.
My son's love has made all this happen �???.
Some days when I'm tired from all that I do . I need to rest and recuperation. This is why the finances must be all here and placed so as I will always be provided to rest .
As my financial abundance and flow must be secure so I may travel and come and go as I wish to help and support others as it's about my self and freedom to travel . The emptiness is the void within the space in between the vessel that allows me to time travel .
A mass universe with the light of the centre of the heart template . Just image seeing heavens gate within your body and your mindful heart that teleports you to places and people you could never possibly imagine in support , teaching , healing quantum time travel is real and you live this moment in all moments of time .

Our hearts endure so much more than one can possibly imagine or even that we share as I wake with the pain in my heart as I just finished time traveling back here and before I left there the pain I experienced was from the hole in my heart that allows me to time travel . Here we call it skip beat .
As my anemia kicks in as my blood lowers I feel the pain in my chest when me blood get low and my heart muscle struggles to catch up to the beat as it squeezes for the blood to balance out the flow and a sense of a hole feeling as it feels a empty space in between parallel dimensions within the heart chamber .
To most it's nothing as it is such a small abnormality but to me as I am sensitive it feels and takes a lot to align especially when I am tired . I feel the arrhythmia out of alignment in the physical form of the vessel . In other dimensional realms it's a hole in the heart .
I saw my self in the future leaving this realm as I was very old and I have a smile on my face as I finally come to rest of this vessel and in peace .
Something I have waited a long time to experience. My warrior will be by my side as he will always be my �?��?.
My son's love has made all this happen �???.
Some days when I'm tired from all that I do . I need to rest and recuperation. This is why the finances must be all here and placed so as I will always be provided to rest .
